Hi Kids! Welcome to my all about magic page. Here is where I will be posting some, hopefully,
cool and fun stuff for kids of all ages and that does include all the adults that may be visiting as well!

Have you ever wondered how some tricks are done? Then you have come to the right place!

Now, don't get me wrong, I would never reveal any secrets that violate the magicians code of honor!

But, there are some things that I am permitted to share with you.

For those that want to know more and have a genuine interest in magic, then I hope that my web site will serve as a portal for your journey into the wonderful and amazing world of magic! A good place to start is your local libraries, which should have some books to read on the subject of magic. Also, one of my favorite magazines is "Genii" and should be available at your local magic store. And of course, there is always the internet. And remember kids, please be careful when surfing the web!!!!!

Here are some easy magic tricks that

you can do!

                   The Money Box:

A coin appears inside an empty matchbox!

Secret:

The coin is hidden in the top of the box, held in place

by the edge of the drawer.

When the drawer is closed, the coin falls inside. Open the

drawer and the coin appears!

                    Crayon Magic:

You name the color of a crayon handed to you

behind your back!

Secret:

As your are holding the crayon behind your back

scrape the bottom of the crayon with your thumbnail.

Next, bring your hand from behind your back, up to

your forehead so you can 'concentrate' on the crayon,

and as you are raising your hand up, look at your thumbnail

to see the color of the crayon.

Take a few more seconds to 'think' about the color, then

name the color of the crayon you are holding!

Now, give this one a try!

          Linking Paper Clips:

Two paper clips become linked by magic!

Secret:

Fold a dollar bill into three sections as illustrated.

Attach the paper clips as shown, one over the back and center sections, the second over the center and front sections.

Pull on the ends of the dollar and the clips will jump off linked together!
